Guests have enjoyed their stays at 1 Cockerill Fold, appreciating its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and quiet despite proximity to the railway station. The central location in Beverley is ideal for exploring the town and taking day trips. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of certain amenities were noted, the overall experience was positive, with the property's charm and convenience standing out.
The property was generally found to be clean, with specific praise for its tidy state. However, there were isolated reports of dirty kitchenware and a need for better waste management solutions.
The location is highly praised for its convenience to central Beverley, the train station, and local amenities, with the added benefit of being surprisingly quiet at night.
Guests found the beds and seating areas comfortable, and the property provided a good amount of space. However, there were suggestions for additional non-hanging storage in the bedrooms.
Facilities were generally good, with ample crockery and a clean lounge. Points were deducted for maintenance issues with the shower, lack of a tumble dryer, and insufficient instructions for parking and waste management.

Central to Beverley, only a 5 min walk into town and the local Tesco. Minimal noise from the train station opposite. Quiet outdoor space, however it is quite small and on the driveway. The house would maybe benefit from a tumble dryer as after a day at the beach it was difficult to get everything dry! Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely book again if heading that way.

Lovely decor, Beverley was a great town to visit, nice bars with live music, really friendly place. Would definitely stay here again.
