Lovely large garden and such a peaceful place. Very well equipped everything you could possibly need is there. As a family we spend our days out discovering the local area and it was lovely to come back to a peaceful relaxing space.

We had 6 adults,3 young people and our family dog.All bedrooms were comfortable and and had lovely views of the garden or countryside.Good family bathroom and ensuite. The garden is beautiful and a dog could get out if left unattended. However we had no problem. As a family we like to cook and found the kitchen very well equipped which sometimes with rentals is unusual.Unlike some sanitized homes Holly Bank is a traditional house which we enjoyed very much.Just a thought, the welcome book could seriously do with updating and a Guest book for comments would be good.
