Chalet 279 in Bridlington offers a delightful stay with its modern, nautical-themed decor and proximity to the beach. Guests appreciate the clean, well-equipped space and the thoughtful touches, such as dog treats and extra amenities. While some noted the need for a microwave and clearer instructions for appliances, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many looking forward to returning.
Reviews consistently mention the chalet being spotlessly clean and well-maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness that guests appreciate.
The chalet's location is frequently praised for its close proximity to the beach and local amenities, making it an ideal spot for guests seeking a beachside retreat.
Comfort is generally well-received with mentions of a comfortable bed and pillows. However, some guests found the bed too soft or small, and the furniture in the lounge/kitchen area uncomfortable, slightly lowering the score.
The chalet is well-equipped with modern amenities, though feedback suggests the addition of a microwave and clearer instructions for existing appliances would enhance the experience. Maintenance issues like a loose tap and the need for a mattress replacement are noted.
Guests are pleased with the thoughtful extras provided, such as dog bowls and treats, as well as other conveniences. It should be noted that while these gifts are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very modern with lovely decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had provided tea towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid, and soap. There was air conditioning as well as central heating, very handy. The bathroom was lovely with a great walk-in shower. Great outside area all fully enclosed, essential when you have a dog. It was detached and felt quite private. Easy access to the beach and the park and ride. The only issue was the mattress, which sadly needed replacing.

It's light & bright & cosy at the same time. You have thought of everything. Particularly the kitchen utensils etc, and the thoughtful things for pet owners. We were delighted with our stay. And your location, for nipping onto the beach, is brilliant! I'd recommend you wholeheartedly & we will be back!
