Guests have enjoyed multiple stays at the Cosy Coastal Holiday Let, praising its excellent location near shops, the harbour, and coastal walks. The property is appreciated for its cleanliness, modern style, and the convenience of off-street parking. While some minor issues with facilities and maintenance were noted, the responsiveness of the owner to queries is highly regarded.
The property is consistently described as clean and well-presented, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One mention of flies possibly due to external bins suggests a slight deduction.
The location is highly commended for its proximity to local amenities, shops, the town centre, harbour, and scenic coastal walks, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
The accommodation is generally found to be comfortable and spacious, with some guests suggesting improvements in pillow quality and heating efficiency during colder weather.
Facilities are adequate with the bonus of off-street parking, though some guests noted a lack of kitchen essentials and issues with heating and TV reception, indicating room for improvement.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness; therefore, this category cannot be scored.

The East Riding Leisure Centre provides a swimming pool and many other indoor activities for the whole family. In addition to the nearby seaside towns of Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby, Yorkshire also boasts a stunning stretch of historic coast. When we arrived the radiators were switched off .We expected them to be on at an ambient temperature with simple instructions to increase the temperature. We switched them on and the kitchen one became dangerously hot to the touch The other 2 did not respond .The lounge then worked spasmodically for the next few days. The hall one never worked. The weather was relatively mild so we were fine. The last 48 hours of our visit the weather was chilly .We were not ' Cosy'. We found the instruction manual pushed to the back of a cupboard but did not want to interfere with any preset schedules and instructions were very complicated .We could have rung the owner but did not want to waste time on our holiday waiting for something to be sorted that should have been checked in the changeover time. There was no supplementary emergency heating eg.fan heater as is usual in our experience. We did not want to use the wood burner and in any did not have a lighter( not supplied) The TV in the bedroom mostly could not be used reception was poor and it pixelated on all channels. The bins outside were overflowing when we arrived and remained so.There were a number of flies in the property possibility as a result . We did enjoy some lovely walks and the scenery and a good visit to Whitby.

It definitely had everything we'd need and expect from an apartment for two. Its proximity to Flamborough, Bempton and other highlights of the coastline are an added bonus to its location near Bridlington's own seafront. It's also worth mentioning that when we had a query, Ben got back to us immediately, from his honeymoon! He then continued to check with us when he'd returned home. Impressive. We'd like to return to continue our exploration of the surrounding coast and countryside. Thank you.

The Flat had everything we needed except the weather. It was clean and comfortable. Just big enough for two guests. A short walk to the Spa Theatre, town and shops. We would recommend a stay at this property. We will return again in the future.
