Brilliant house to stop in. Great size with everything you need for a great stay. Very clean and tidy. Short walk into Bridlington. Co-op and pub very close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic locationFantastic houseBeds are very very comfortable Kitchen is unbelievable Only problem we had was that the hot tub wasn't heating up, which it didn't really bother us, as we still had a fantastic time without it.Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We've previously stayed at Linden Garth (round the corner), so knew it was going to be great. However, Linden Manor is as LG is...very Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way. The house is extremely comfortable and envelops you in warmth and a relaxing atmosphere. The large dining kitchen was the perfect gathering place for everyone to be, so cooking a meal became a family event rather than closed off/missing out. The hot tub is magnificent and being under the cabana means it doesn't matter what the weather is like you can still relax in there. The secure garden was ideal for our dog to roam while we were in the hot tub. The glass patio doors made it easy to signal to the wine waiter (my husband 😂) to do top ups too. All in all nobody will be disappointed with this destination. Emily is wonderful and you couldn't ask for better hosts 🥰
