This grand house is pleasing to the eye both outside and in; no expense has been spared by the owners who have ensured, with lots of luxury extras that you holiday will be one to remember.
Stepping over the threshold into the entrance hallway, you will be welcomed by high ceilings and tasteful decor with both flair and character. The magnificent open plan living/dining and sitting room area is perfect for entertaining in an evening, with comfortable seating for everyone to gather together. Sit back and relax on the sofas in front of the roaring open fire, enjoying a movie night, planning the days ahead or getting competitive over a board game. Dinner at the dining table is a delight, to have everyone around the sweeping long table makes every meal time a special occasion. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to create culinary delights to share. Older children can disappear into the games room where they will find a games console. There’s also a utility room which can be used for your laundry on longer stays, as well as a ground floor super kingsize zip and link en-suite double room with garden access – perfect for those who struggle with stairs. A WC completes the ground floor accommodation.
Upstairs you have the choice of four well-presented bedrooms with a master super kingsize bedroom complete with an en-suite shower, two double bedrooms and a zip and link twin bedroom which can be made up as a double on request. A family bathroom completes the picture. On warm summer days, the large garden to the back of the property is ideal to enjoy an evening BBQ, and gives you a sense of privacy and tranquillity from the outside world. The hot tub is a real bonus too, here you can sit and enjoy the warming bubbles after a long day exploring the local area.
Just a gentle stroll to the North Beach in Bridlington where you can enjoy traditional fish and chips, pick up the land train into town or stroll along the golden sand. If you are keen on fishing, you can fish from the beach, hire a day trip on a boat from the harbour, bring your catch back and cook it for tea on the barbecue. Nearby you have the impressive Georgian stately home of Sewerby Hall with beautiful gardens. There are golf courses at Sewerby for pitch and putt, or a proper round if you fancy playing golf. There are family attractions at the Bridlington Leisure Centre a short distance away, including the swimming pool with fun slides and the clip and climb walls. The Bridlington Spa hosts many shows or meet the creatures at the Bridlington’s Animal Park. From the harbour there are several boat trips from the fast and furious to bird spotting tours. For avid nature lovers, walkers and those who love the outdoors, there’s Danes Dyke, South Landing, Flamborough Head and light house, and Bempton Cliff rspb Nature Reserve not far away, with the Yorkshire Wolds and Yorkshire Moors a little further.

We stayed here for three nights, 6 adults, three young children and a dog. The house itself is so very spacious, lots of room for the children to play. Bedrooms are very luxurious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen well equipped with everything you need, it has two fridge freezers. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. The kids loved the playroom filled with toys books and games. The three big sofas are very comfortable and dining table with plenty of chairs. The garden is very safe with gates so the kids and dog found it very safe to play in.Just one little suggestion, my husband and I stayed in the ground floor bedroom with bathroom, but we found there was no shelves to place our toiletries on so we used the floor which wasn't ideal. But that is the only thing we found. The towels are aplenty, soft and fluffy. WiFi was good, I didnt have any problems but one or two of the others did. Plenty of parking for three cars. We would definitely recommend this property for large families and groups, the location is very good, local to the coast and shopping. One pub nearby although we didn't visit. All in all a fantastic stay.

A beautiful home with everything well thought out and catered for. The hot tub was a lovely treat, and the fact that the dog-friendly garden was actually secure for our escapologist dog was a bonus.All amenities were close by, and we had a wonderful holiday.
