We had our lovely stay in the valerie jean.The location is wonderful. It is very peaceful, relaxing and quiet but there is lots to do on the doorstep and its only a short walk to a number of very good pubs/places to eat including the club house which served lovely lunchesThe lodge is well appionted, comfortable and very spaceous with a dressing room and large onsuite on the main bedroom.The outside deck is spaceous and comfortable and we were able to enjoy it as the weather was wonderful during our stay.Communication with the hosts was very good prior to and during stay.We would highly recommend the valerie jean and would definitely stay again .

Help available when needed from Amber and Alex. Very welcoming and responsive. Nothing too much trouble and very comfortable. The pizza oven and ingredients was a particular highlight!
