Guests say

The Old Joiner's Shop receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Guests appreciate the property's quiet location, proximity to the beach, and the welcoming atmosphere created by the owners. While most reviews are positive, a few guests mention minor issues with amenities and noise.

Guests consistently note the property's spotless condition upon arrival, with many reviews highlighting the exceptional cleanliness. One negative comment regarding an external area does not significantly impact the overall high standard observed.

The property's location is generally well-received for its quietness and proximity to the beach. Some guests mention limited local amenities and the need to drive to certain attractions, but the peaceful setting and nearby walks are appreciated.

The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable, cosy, and well-decorated. A few concerns about bed size and noise are noted, but these are exceptions in the overall feedback.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and having modern facilities. However, some guests mention issues with Wi-Fi, towel quality, and a lack of certain amenities, which suggests room for improvement.

Many reviews express gratitude for the thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs and gifts for special occasions. While these gestures are highly valued, it is important to note that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Com which is nowhere near as nice as this one One thing i would like to point out though is when are people going to stop using COVID as an excuse to make you strip the beds etc before your departure , COVID was nearly 5 years ago and cottages should be serviced as they used to be .

Cosy we had very relaxing evenings in front of the log fire. Spotless very clean. Definitely recommend, despite not having a washing machine and slightly bigger second bedroom Steve Linda
