Owner Rob met us on arrival and seemed friendly and approachable, although we did not need to ask him for anything after that initial meeting. Garden area was great for dogs, high fences and no tempting livestock in sight (one of mine could potentially jump a fence that isn't high enough if there is something to tempt him), i felt they were safe to go in and out of the cottage with the door left open, without us having to hover over them outside. Was great to have some provisions as well.

It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped, with useful items for the dogs as well. A very nice enclosed garden and patio area. The hosts were welcoming and on hand if needed. The site which included a few caravans was safe and secure and the local area was beautiful, only a short drive to local shops, villages and dog walks. We would definatley stay again.
