The heart of the home is the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, adorned with exposed beams, a wood burner and feature arched windows offering breathtaking views over the tranquil pond and sprawling countryside. The country-style kitchen is equipped with an electric range and modern appliances, complemented by a large dining table and a spacious living area with a smart TV. On the ground floor, a separate toilet adds convenience, while a utility room provides an additional fridge/freezer, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Ascend to the first floor to discover two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and sumptuous super kingsize zip and link beds, all affording splendid views. Another double room with en-suite facilities completes the sleeping arrangements.

The outdoor space features a private garden with a wood fired hot tub - a sun trap for relaxation. Additional seating and a barbecue offer delightful options for al fresco dining.

    Amazing property in an amazing location. We went with wider family, it was a great space to spend time together. It was in a great spot to explore with a local shop a s pub just a few miles away. Am already booked to go back again.

    Beautiful accommodation with everything we needed for our family getaway. Lots of space, high quality finishes, spotless and peaceful!The beds are comfortable and big, and not having to share a bathroom with everyone was a bonus!We used the downstairs accessible bedroom for my mum and it had everything she needed to have her own independence whilst we was there. Communicating with the owner was easy, Paula was helpful but not intrusive in any way.We would return to the granary as a group or even one of the smaller properties as a couple
