A fantastic stay. The photos don’t do it justice. All the bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds. Lots of finishing touches. Good communication with the owners before we arrived and the property exceeded our expectations.

As a group of four couples we had a fantastic time. The accommodation is outstanding in all aspects. The bedrooms and en suites are of a very high spec. The open plan downstairs set up was great and we had a great time cooking meals and socialising. The cooking/dining set up is brilliant and easily sorted 8 people.Importantly the downstairs bedroom/ensuite was ideal to aid accessibility and our friend who needed this was really impressed.Communication was excellent from the owners and impressively the hot tub was warm for our arrival!The location was perfect for us. We had days out to the coast and Beverley and really enjoyed returning to a rural oasis!

Absolutely stunning! Everything and more catered for, so well equipped for adults and our four legged friends. Lovely hot tub, great after a day out. Peaceful and lovely surroundings, nice to see and hear the wildlife and meeting the lovely alpacas.Great locaton for visiting all the sites. Would certainly highly recommend.
