What a lovely place to stay. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, very quiet and well equipped. Everything one needs for a super break to unwind. Plenty to see in the area with decent pubs serving food, a superb fish and chip shop, small shop and lovely walks either on the coast or from the property. Elaine is the perfect hostess, there if you need her and available for loads of local information, and checking if everything is okay, without being intrusive. Lovely welcome goodies too which were much appreciated. We would definitely recommend and will love to return some day soon.

A wonderful location for a quiet and relaxing stay. Not far from Bridlington, Hornsea etc so plenty to see and explore in the area. Great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

We were greeted by Elaine who was very friendly she explained all the bungalow had to offer. Treetops is extremely clean and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble we only had to ask. As the weather was very warm during the night Elaine asked if we would like a sheet to replace the duvet which was very welcome. The view from the patio across the paddock is most relaxing. It’s a place we would return to
