Roslyn is a charming, detached bungalow with mature enclosed garden set on a quiet side street just a two-minute walk from the beach in the thriving seaside town of Hornsea on the beautiful East Riding of Yorkshire coastline. Refurbished to a very high level and elegantly furnished throughout this holiday home is perfect for a family looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with a touch of luxury. This Hornsea holiday home has a bright and airy sitting room with a wood burner surrounded by deep filled sofas. French doors lead into a large sunny conservatory where you will find the dining area and access into the garden. The well-planned kitchen offers a host of modern appliances. There is plenty of work top space from which to prepare a delicious picnic to enjoy. Roslyn offers three individually styled bedrooms. Outside, is an enclosed dog friendly garden with raised patio area, neatly trimmed lawn, and mature borders. Bathed with sunlight all day you can enjoy the early morning sun whilst enjoying a quiet coffee or come together on an evening for a delicious home cooked al fresco evening meal. Secure bike and surfboard storage is also available, as well as a dedicated cleaning area for mucky paws, boots and bikes.
A two-minute walk will find you on the beach or meandering along the Victorian Promenade with its traditional children’s paddling pool. The town of Hornsea offers a wide range of independent shops, tea rooms, pubs, and restaurants. Close by to this holiday home is Hornsea Mere - a large, natural lake that offers water activities, whilst for a little retail therapy, there is Hornsea Freeport retail outlet. The surrounding area has much to offer the holiday maker, with the high, chalk cliffs at Bempton, Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, home to colonies of sea birds and the Spurn Point Nature Reserve. The unspoilt rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds offers miles of walking and cycling opportunities and the stately homes and gardens of Wassand Hall, Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall are waiting to be explored. The pretty town of Beverley with its ancient Minster and popular Racecourse is a short drive away along with a choice of golf courses. Beach 100 yards.

An absolutely delightful bungalow. Has everything you'll need for your self catering holiday. Amanda really has thought of it all. Two minutes from Hornsea seafront and around five minutes to the town centre. Very pet friendly. Lovely back garden, with plenty of space for our dog to explore. We were so impressed, that we've already booked for next summer. Around one hour drive to Scarborough and around 40 minutes drive to Bridlington. Superb place to stay. Thank you so much, Amanda.

Fabulous communication throughout. Property is a very short walk from sea front, even with limited mobility. Can't fault this property: it is so lovely, well decorated and done out and lots of little touches that go above and beyond. Wonderful welcome pack and amazing bag of treats for our dog! They have thought of everything! Internal access is good, spacious and suitable for those with limited mobility, three heights of beds. Settee slightly lower for some but there is another one in conservatory if needed. External access is manageable and there are threshold ramps available. Lovely lovely garden space, much enjoyed with the weather we had. Drive to park car on so no worries about that and the garden is fully enclosed for the furry ones! Hornsea is pretty quiet but we liked that and lots of places to travel to nearby. We would love to stay again. Definitely one of the nicest places and one of the more accessible (one person is quite limited so we do have specific needs which we appreciate not everyone does). Absolutely value for money.
