Diggerland, Magna Science Adventure Centre including Sci-tek and Aqua-tek, The Deep Aquarium, Eureka the National Children’s Museum and Waterworld are just a few of the family days out on offer, all in a radius of 30 miles. Joanne met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house to show us where everything is and she explained how the heating works etc. Her and Dale live and work on the farm so are close at hand. We found them to be a very friendly couple and the farm is very efficiently run and kept very clean! The surroundings are idyllic and we regularly saw squirrels, pheasants and deer. My husband was delighted at the conkers we collected too! Howden is close by and it's a charming friendly town which we fell in love with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the various day trips to Beverley (Saturday market) Scarborough, Bridlington and Goole. Thank you Joanne and Dale for your hospitality. We're planning to return when we can xxxxx
