Owners very helpful. Great for walking. Good bus service from Polkinton about 4 miles. Aldi and Sainsburyâs in Pocklington and independent shops. Everything you need in the cottage. very spacious.

Good location close to York with easy access to the coast our host Graham and Erica were friendly and helpful and provided a much appreciated welcome gift of coffee, tea sugar and milk.

Modern bathrooms & kitchen. Secure off road parking. During our stay it was lovely & warm too. Very convenient for many attractions & only a few minutes from park & ride into York.
