The site was clean and tidy.very quite and peaceful. could be noisy in the summer as our caravan was next to the play area of the pub

Double room needs a new mattress could feel the springs

The good points were the spacious lounge, kitchen/diner. Great shower. Washing up supplies provided and extra bin bags. Having 2 x toilets was a bonus. Poor were the quality of the mattress in the main bedroom, could feel the springs. This was the only lodge without decking and the only outdoor furniture was a tiny round table and 2 fold up chairs. Totally inadequate when we wanted to eat outside in the nice weather. One more annoyance was the pub extractor fan which you could hear throughout the night. This lodge was right beside the pub beer garden and you could hear customers outside so bear that in mind.
