We had a brilliant time and would definitely come back again!

So, not much to say really. Loved everything about it. Maybe couldâve supplied a bit of wood for the fire for the first night wouldâve been a nice gesture, but thatâs just nitpicking! We will be back.

The log fire was lovely. The owners communication was excellent. The description was very accurate, steep steps, low ceiling on the stairs etc. The stair bannister at the top is loose and needs urgent attention to avoid injury. A few little tips would help future visitors. New mattresses and pans are needed. A fire resistant glove to open the fire door more easily would be safer than using tools, tea towels or oven gloves. I never got tired at looking at the views from the cottage and it was very quiet. It gave me a very restful stay. It's in a great place for visiting lots of surrounding villages. Thank you for a lovely stay.
