Perfect for families and friends seeking outdoor adventures, Curlew Cottage is within easy reach of Ingleton's amenities, Ingleton Waterfall Trail and Ingleborough, one of the Three Peaks. Rest after a long day of walking and exploring in the sitting room; snuggle up to watch TV on the corner sofa, with a feature stone fireplace in here adding to the cottage's character. Completing the ground floor is a shower room, perfect for freshening up after you return from an adventure, while upstairs discover a spacious family bathroom with a bath. The bedrooms have each been beautifully decorated with light, bright colour schemes, crisp white bedding and vibrant colour accents, comprising of one double, one twin and two single rooms. From the kitchen, step out and up onto the patio area, a lovely little suntrap to enjoy with a refreshing beverage following a fun-filled day. The cottage rests in the heart of Ingleton and is next door to a quaint tearoom, so you won't have to venture far for a sweet treat. The local pubs and shops are all just a short stroll away, with walks and adventures beginning from your doorstep; embark on a walk along the Ingleton Waterfall Trail to visit the incredible and unspoilt waterfalls of the area, a great starting point for your excursions into the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Visit White Scar Cave too, the UK's longest show cave with tours taking you through the fascinating caverns! The area is famous for the incredible Three Peaks, with the village of Ingleton resting in the shadow of the second-highest of the three, Ingleborough; challenge yourself and your group to a rewarding hike of this beautiful peak, or why not take on all three? Other attractions to visit within an hour's drive include the unique geological formation of Malham Cove, the deep limestone ravine of Gordale Scar, the picturesque Ribble Viaduct, and mountain biking trails at Gisburn Forest in the Forest of Bowland AONB. Enjoy a lovely break to North Yorkshire at any time of year at Curlew Cottage.
