A beautiful ground floor studio property, attached to the owners' 17th century house, on the edge of Austwick, one of the most popular villages in the Dales. Thoughtfully restored and individually styled, this Austwick cottage has been elegantly furnished to provide quality accommodation in a wonderful location. This cottage in Austwick offers superb facilities on one floor with level access. The open-plan living area has a king-size bed, small modern kitchen and sitting and dining areas. Add to this a separate shower room and guests have a perfect romantic retreat, somewhere to get away from it all and enjoy a Dales visit at its finest. This cottage in Austwick is only a minute's walk from the village green and excellent local pub, and just twenty yards from the front door is The Traddock, an award-winning hotel and restaurant. Ideally situated in this beautiful part of the National Park, this Austwick cottage is in an excellent location for exploring on foot or by bike. The market towns of Settle and Kirkby Lonsdale are nearby and the impressive Three Peaks and Malham Cove are not far away. Eigenaren willen alles voor je doen. Hebben tips op allerlei vlakken. Prachtige natuur!! Vanuit huis allerlei wandelingen mogelijk. Austwick is een leuk dorp met gezellige pub op loopafstand. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor dagjes uit. Als er één huisje is waar we nog wel een keer naar terug willen (doen we normaal niet) dan is het deze!

The owners were very informative of walks etc in the local area.The bus stop a minutes walk away meant we didnât need to take the car out.There are 2 lovely pubs in the village,stunning walks and scenery.The only negative was that we had to come home!Thank you Alec and Pip.If you book here you will not be disappointed!

There was lots to do and visit both on the doorstep and further away and, if the weather was poor, the apartment was very comfortable to sit in and read and "chill out". The owners were welcoming and helpful and we loved it. Anne and Richard Porter
