A downstairs shower room adds extra convenience. Outside, the private garden provides a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, with Pen-y-Ghent rising proudly in the background. With private parking for two cars and everything thoughtfully provided, Blindbeck feels less like a rental and more like a true home away from home.

Just a five-minute stroll brings you to The Crown or The Golden Lion Inn, where hearty food and a warm welcome await muddy boots and rosy cheeks.
Towering above it all is Pen-y-Ghent, guardian of the village and one of the famous Yorkshire Three Peaks. From here, adventure begins almost immediately. You might set out to conquer the Three Peaks, Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, or wander west across Moughton Scar and into the wide, open beauty of Crummackdale. The Pennine Way starts here too, stretching north through some of England’s most dramatic upland landscapes. Whether you’re chasing challenge or simply soaking in the views, the fells deliver unforgettable moments.
The Settle-Carlisle Railway threads through the village, offering one of the most scenic rail journeys in the country. Watch a steam train cross the iconic Ribblehead Viaduct and you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. Nearby, the market town of Settle invites you to browse independent shops and explore its historic square, while natural wonders such as Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and White Scar Cave are all within easy reach. Skipton, Ingleton and Hawes add even more to discover.
