Lovely property with large rooms and well equipped in a quiet location. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining room. The parking space was good but it was a tight squeeze to get up the alley at the back of Ash Grove. We used this space only for unloading and loading using the nearby road during the week to park. Wi-fi was good but could do with a smart tv. We had our laptop so we used this for catch up tv.Dog safe garden at the front and yard at the rear. Aireville park nearby was good to let the dog off the lead as was Skipton Castle woods. The pubs were dog friendly as was Swadford cafe which served an excellent breakfast. Skipton library and museum well worth a visit as was Grassington.Excellent value for our group of 3 and a dog. Even better if there was 6 of you.

This could be a lovely house as it has big rooms and is in a very quiet location. Unfortunately it appears to have been finished on a tight budget and that really lets it down. Examples: there isn't enough crockery, the dishes don't fit in a dishwasher, cheap microwave, the dining table and chairs are unusual - and not in a good way. The house is a very dull colour throughout - which would be fine if they added some loud colourful features - cushions and art and lots more lights. On the plus side, the beds and sofas were all very comfortable.Accessing the house by car is very tight, but there was plenty of parking on the street near by, so this wasn't a problem. Please spend more to bring the house up to the level it deserves - it will pay you back.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is very comfortable and was in a very convenient location near the town centre and the park.
