Lovely large cottage, clean and tidy and in a great position, 5 minute walk to a great park in one direction and 10 minute walk to centre of Skipton in other direction. Beds very comfortable. Neighbours friendly and helpful. Garden area small but well kept and very quiet and safe for a dog. I wouldn’t suggest trying to park outside cottage if you don’t have a small car, we parked in the side road and there was always plenty of space and it was only a very short walk to the cottage. Lots of pots, pans, crockery etc. Only negative is the lack of basic supplies, after an 8 hour drive to get there it would have been nice to have a pint of milk and a handful of teabags and also it would be nice to have 2 or 3 washing machine capsules and more than one dishwasher tablet. Skipton is lovely.

A fine character house in a very good location in Skipton which was comfortable and very well equipped. The only niggle was that there was no turning room in the lane up to the house which allowed us to park next to it. It was then a long reverse to get out, so we parked in the adjacent street which had free parking. So overall it was still a great stay for us.

Nice cottage, well equipped and in a quiet location within walking distance to the town centre or supermarkets. The description implies a parking space but it's impossible to get a large car up the alley to the property so we had to park 100m up the road
