Every small detail is attended to and we enjoyed the homemade brownies. Even down to the quality of the tea, coffee and toiletries, everything is thought through. We love the fact that each room is big and has its own lovely en-suite. Beds are really comfortable. Kitchen is really well-equipped and large dining table and sofa meant that we could just enjoy our family gathering. The area is lovely and some of our party enjoyed the local pub and a local walk. We have booked for a 3rd time in less than 9 months! Thank-you!

We have been having family weekends away for the past 8 years and we all agreed that Linton Laithe is about the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and crockery and well laid out and there is more than enough seating for everyone. The lounge is large and again has plenty of seating for all to sit comfortably. There are five bedrooms each with an ensuite. These have all been furbished to a very high standard and some also have their own seating areas. The building was evidently originally a large stone barn but has been very imaginatively converted to its present layout. All the rooms and the hallway are large giving it a very opulent feel and the main staircase is a very imposing feature. In spite of the size the accommodation has a very homely feel. There is a very homely pub, the Fountains Inn, literally two minutes walk away and several other pubs locally ie the Gamekeepers Inn, Threshfield and the Red Lion Burnsall, serving food to a very high standard. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner, Clare who was lovely and had left us a delicious Victoria sponge cake for our arrival. We were sorry to leave!
