Enjoyed a fantastic weekend here at Pasture House celebrating my 50th birthday. The house is beautiful and all of the 6 bedrooms has its own en suite which is a bonus. There are stunning views all around of the lovely countryside and the house has under floor heating downstairs which keeps you really cosy during the winter months. The welcome pack was amazing, so much more than what we were expecting, fresh loaves of bread, butter, milk, juices, fruit, granola, yogurt, it was lovely! The house is more remote than what we anticipated but it didn’t matter as we had 4 cars between us. We visited Skipton which was a 10 minute drive, a really pretty town, we took a boat ride along the canal and visited the famous brownie shop. We stopped at The Bull on the way home which was lovely and only a short drive away. I think the only thing the house could benefit from is a coat rack/hanger near the front door as we ended up throwing our coats over the sofa although there are hooks on the back of the bedroom doors, but that’s only a very minor detail. I would 100% recommend a stay at this house, it’s absolutely gorgeous!
