If you are going to arrive after 5pm any other day, it is unlikely that there will be a member of staff on site to personally direct you to your unit. Please see the park map on the website which will assist you in finding your caravan or lodge – https://meridianparks.co.uk/park/burtree-lakes-holiday-home-touring-park/
You will find when you come to your accommodation there will be a key safe attached to the back of the gate post on the decking, with the outside light on and heating set, if required, for your arrival. There is also a black folder with some park and local information that may be of some help.
If you require additional bedding or separate beds made up, please let us know before you arrive. A member of the team will be round to see you the day after you arrive to ensure all is well.

We pride ourselves on being a quiet and peaceful Holiday Park and ask that you be considerate of your neighbours and remember that your Holiday home walls are very thin! Please respect your pitch boundaries.
Just a reminder that the area that you are in is strictly over 18s.
We have a strict no noise rule after 10pm. Please remember this if listening to music or watching TV. If returning to the Park after 10pm please ensure you do so with the minimum of noise.
Due to fire regulations, only one car is permitted at each Holiday home.
A second car can be parked in the car park.
Please follow the strict 5mph limit we have in force on the Park.
Do not introduce any foreign items into the drainage system –
if it’s not toilet roll and you’ve not eaten it don’t put it down the toilet!
We know this isn’t a popular rule but sorry, for fire safety reasons,
charcoal barbeques are strictly forbidden.

Overall poor to good at best. Ive stayed at other sites before and this fell well below the mark i had expected for what i paid. Scrimping on the smaller details always gets noticed and the one thing you takeaway from the stay.Lodges were well equipped and modern, although you will need to bring or buy quite alot whe your staying. Oven tray for example also if you plan to use the toilet please bring a spare If you want to clean your dishes before you depart you will also need washing up liquid and a tea towel. This was a good setting with the perfect spot to unwind and lots of good shops close by (ask me how I know)The white scum line around the hot tub was abit off putting but you wont notice it much after your eyes start stinging off the chemicals start stinging your eyes.To summarise it was ok but alot of improvements need to be made especially to keep up with others in the area offering the same kind of weekend break.Not the worst it was very clean, not the best the finer details let it down

We booked to stay at Burtree in Bedale. The welcome email advised us our pod would be open, keys in bowl in table. Attached was a site map, unfortunately this would not open and the pods are not marked to reflect the information in the email. We managed to track down a member of staff and locate our pod. Inside on first look was great, upon further inspection you could see it needed some TLC. Sofa bed could do with replacing as you sank in it when sitting on sofa x The lift up, extending table had not been cleaned on the inside for. While. The stools fabric was worn and exposed the inner sponging. The bedroom door wouldn’t close and the handle was loose. The toilet continued to drip from the cistern every time you flushed and continued through the night. Could do with additional privacy when using hot tub as could be seen by passers by- we had booked with a hot tub purposefully but were not able to use due to lack of privacy. We were advised there was a booklet with information I. The pod. We looked for one but never found one. Has the potential to be so much more. A disappointment considering the money we spent on our stay.
