What a fantastic property for an escape to the North Yorkshire countryside! Property has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard with great quality furniture and fittings. The property also has everything you need, down to the basics like cooking oil, washing tablets etc. The hosts live in the adjacent farmhouse and are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.Highly recommended for a great break.

Beautiful location on the edge of the North York moors, with great walks straight from the door. Beautiful views with interesting wildlife (including the barn owl mentioned in other reviews!). The house is very characterful and unusual but everything works perfectly.
