The 150-year-old former warehouse has been beautifully converted into a stylish holiday home, carefully combining contemporary furniture and accessories with striking original features. At the heart of the home is a first-floor lounge/diner, with an impressive, vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and brickwork, and a roaring wood burner. This sociable space features a cosy lounge area complete with a built-in fridge and Smart TV and a glass dining table for hosting memorable mealtimes. In summer, throw open the doors to the Juliet balcony to let the outside in. Back at ground level, you’ll find a stylish kitchen with a small breakfast table, as well as a twin bedroom and shower room. A final flight of stairs leads to the lower ground floor, which houses the remaining bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom. There is no outside space.
The picturesque town of Harrogate is teeming with independent shops, boutiques, and galleries to explore. You’ll also find a wonderful array of pubs and restaurants serving delicious local produce. Harrogate is renowned for its famous healing waters, and you’ll find several spas, including the original Turkish Baths, within the town. For outdoor adventure, the beautiful landscapes of Nidderdale AONB and the Yorkshire Dales National Park are within 15 miles. Nearby attractions include the fascinating rock formations at Brimham Rocks and the medieval ruins of Fountains Abbey, both just 10 miles away.
