Bursting with character, you enter through the front porch and instantly feel at home in the farmhouse-style kitchen with dining area. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a double electric range oven with gas hob, exposed beams and views of the stream from the kitchen sink, perfect for catching a glimpse of a busy kingfisher if you're lucky. Take the stairs to the first floor, home to the cosy sitting room with gas stove and comfortable seating to relax in, along with the cottage bathroom and double bedroom. Follow the steep steps up to the second floor mezzanine area for the master bedroom with king-size bed, providing a wonderful spot to wake up in peaceful surroundings.

Outside, a small seating area invites you to enjoy a Yorkshire cuppa or evening glass of wine, and parking is provided next to the cottage.
