Guests consistently praise the apartment's cleanliness, stylish comfort, and prime location within walking distance to Ripon centre. The well-equipped kitchen, secure parking, and beautiful building add to the charm. While some minor issues are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many expressing a desire to return.
Reviews frequently highlight the apartment's cleanliness, describing it as spotless and well-maintained. Only one isolated mention of a mouldy dish suggests a generally high standard of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its convenience to Ripon centre and nearby attractions, with guests appreciating the short walk into town and the ease of exploring the local area.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the beds very comfortable and the apartment well-furnished. The underfloor heating and high-quality fixtures contribute to a comfortable stay.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure parking. However, some guests noted the absence of a washer/dryer, hairdryer, and minor kitchen items, slightly affecting the score.
While some guests mention complimentary food items and a warm welcome, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts or welcome packs, and therefore this score is set to null.

It was incredibly comfortable, clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and the setting was perfect. It was just a short stroll to the city centre and there were some good walks in close proximity too. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

The property was really clean and well presented. Felt like we were in Downton Abbey.

Private parking. The 2 bed apartment was spacious & modern & very well equipped. There was an iron but no board, no washing machine which we were aware of but there is a laundry service in the town centre. No hoover so guests canât maintain the cleanliness. Guests are asked to strip the beds on leaving which is fine but what I did not expect to see was stained mattress protectors (although i believe that has been mentioned before!!) Also mentioned previously was the âWelcome Packâ Ours was a pint of milk!!!!! I believe there was a similar review re the welcome pack as well as the premium price tag. We also paid a premium for this apartment for a week in July , to say we were disappointed was an understatement. Usually weâve been very fortunate with Sykes holiday rentals⦠Milk,Juice,Fruit,Jams,Biscuits,Beer,Wine & other local produce. We appreciate Sykes have no control of the above but there should at least be a minimum standard as some guests may not arrive until late in the evening.
