Hill Top Farm provides spectacular accommodation for up to 14 guests and sits proudly in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, near to the idyllic Wensleydale village of Askrigg.

This extensive property has been thoughtfully and lovingly restored by its owners to create a master piece, nestled amongst uninterrupted countryside with panoramic views across farmland and the stunning Yorkshire countryside.

Hill Top Farm consists of endless features including a pool table; with bar area and juke box, the Great Hall with a large wood-burning stove set within an impressive Yorkshire stone fireplace, a library, a gym, a games room and last but not least a cinema room. With so much on offer there truly is something for everyone to enjoy.

The well-equipped farmhouse breakfast kitchen with large Aga leads through to the breakfast area with seating for six guests, perfect for a relaxed start to the day. This continues around to a separate, more formal dining room with seating for all guest and enjoys its own adjoining sitting room for after dinner drinks around the open fire. The Great Hall provides an excellent setting to entertain and spend precious time with family and friends, or retreat to a further sitting room that leads to the west wing. The sleeping accommodation is spread across three floors and comprises of seven sumptuous bedrooms.

To the rear of Hill Top Farm is a large parking area leading to the main entrance, with herb garden and seating area with chiminea. Follow the path to the front of the property where there is ample seating and a further chiminea to gather around, enjoy al-fresco dining and watch the sun set in the West or simply take in the views across grazing sheep on the surrounding farmland. Further private seating areas can be accessed down stone steps where guests can quietly enjoy the peaceful countryside and local wildlife.

Askrigg is well-served with a brewery, tea room and bakery, craft shop, not to mention three pubs all serving homemade Yorkshire fare, all contributing to make Hill Top Farm a perfect retreat to relax and unwind or celebrate a special occasion with family and friends.

One-well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please be aware of the countryside code when walking your dog in the area.

Children and babies welcome. Two highchairs and a travel cot are available on request, please provide your own cot linen.

Please supervise children and infants around the balcony and stairs on the first floor.
