This completely refurbished, double glazed and very comfortably furnished stone cottage commands a superb position overlooking the Green in this quiet hamlet sitting, as it does, above beautiful Wensleydale with the market town of Hawes, famous for its cheese and rope making, just a mile or so away. Holidaymakers will appreciate the comfort and peace of this cottage, not least because they know that on the doorstep are walks through picturesque scenery in all directions. There are good level strolls to the East and West, the rugged, dramatic uplands behind the cottage to the North, while the South leads to the river for more leisurely strolls or even fishing. The use of the car brings all the delights of the National Park and beyond with castles, waterfalls, museums, a steam railway, bird of prey centre, pony trekking, caving and much more for all the family to enjoy.
