A beautiful, modern 3 bedroomed, centrally heated and double glazed caravan. Master bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite toilet facilities. Here you have room for a travel cot, which is provided, should you require this. Two further twin bedrooms sleep up to 4 people. The family bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and fully enclosed shower.

Fully fitted kitchen with full size gas cooker and fridge freezer. Kettle and toaster, crockery and cutlery for 6 people. Family sized dining table with 6 chairs. Spacious lounge with free standing sofas and coffee table with inter grated seating. Lounge with TV and DVD player and a fan for the warmer days. There are two decking areas. The side decking has a cube dining table and chairs and sun parasol whilst the front decking area has a comfortable outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table. Sited on Woodland 23 a lovely private and secure plot only 2 minutes walk from the fabulous leisure centre.

You can book 7 night, 4 night or 3 night stays. However, during the school holidays only full week bookings are accepted, unless arranged with myself to cover special circumstances.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, this is non refundable if you cancel your stay. If you feel it necessary you could consider taking out holiday insurance. Maybe to cover cancellation due to illness or work related issues. This is entirely your own decision. Obviously, if government travel restrictions mean you are unable to take your holiday then you can have a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit. Or you can change the date of your holiday, the choice is yours. You also need to pay a £100 security bond with the price of the caravan, this is returned to you after your departure, usually with in 7 days, once the caravan has been inspected. The caravan needs to be left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage for a full refund to be made.

The balance of your holiday can be paid at any time up until 12 weeks before your arrival date.

You are required to buy unlimited access passes (wrist bands) for the duration of your stay, these must be purchased directly from Flamingo Land on your arrival. Please factor this additional charges into your holiday cost.
