Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the clean, modern chalets with private hot tubs, set in a convenient location for exploring the area. The site is praised for its cleanliness and the staff for their friendliness. Some concerns over specific cleanliness issues and comfort of the beds are noted, but overall experiences are positive with many guests willing to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the chalets to be clean and well-maintained, though there were a few reports of cleanliness issues such as unclean floors and presence of insects. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is well-regarded for its proximity to local attractions and the convenience for exploring surrounding areas. The site's quietness and the scenic views are also appreciated.

The chalets are generally found to be comfortable and well-presented. However, several guests mentioned that the beds were uncomfortable, which impacts the overall comfort score.

Facilities such as the hot tub are highly praised, though there were some maintenance issues reported. The lack of cooking facilities and occasional problems with the Wi-Fi and TV services have been noted.

While some guests mentioned welcome drinks and the provision of dressing gowns for hot tub use, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful touches or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are appreciated but not guaranteed.

    Worst relaxing holiday ever

Small but cosy & an added touch of luxury with the hot tub. We had a few daddy long legs lurking in the bath tub when we arrived but everything else was clean, the mattress isn’t the greatest and you can feel the springs but we slept ok for the two nights we were there. Overall, I can’t fault it for the price, we would return

Very clean and presentable. Also located in a very nice spot. Everything was well maintained including the grounds. But if I could make some suggestions that would improve it. The bed was very low and found it challenging to get in and out of. Also the mattress wasn’t very comfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. Also would suggest putting in a two seater couch instead of a single little chair as you don’t want to be lying on the bed all the time especially on days you can’t go out much due to bad weather. We would definitely book there again as we loved our stay there.
