We spent a week at Clear View and very much enjoyed it. It is in a great location with a view of the steam train line but not so close that it becomes a disturbance. We used the cottage as a jumping off point to explore the surrounding countryside as well as the town, the castle etc. Parking was available in the nearby car park. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for us all. Only one tiny gripe was the lack of a cheese grater but that's no reason not to stay here!
