The ground floor of Rose Croft features a unique layout, with uneven flooring and steps leading up and down into different rooms.

The property and location are wonderful. The house is spacious and the garden is secure and interesting. The house is well equipped except for the lack of baby gates at the foot of the staircases which made it incredibly hard for us to keep the dogs downstairs (as this is a dog friendly cottage we did not expect the need to request stair gates). The house is warm and cosy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

2nd time back to Rose Croft. Another great week even though it was bitter cold outside a warm welcome always awaits. A cosy roomy accommodation that is always warm and with the log burner lit on an evening tops it all off.

A lovely clean well equipped house, close to the town centre and in a lovely part of the world.We would happily stay here again. It is a good size for 6 adults and 2 children plus dogs. A good sized garden with interesting plants and a good patio
