A fabulous house for our joint 70th birthday celebration. Every room has its own en-suite which we have never had before ( plus 2 extra toilets!). House is well equipped - we found everything we needed was provided for. The house is right in the middle of Thornton le Dale. Some beautiful places to visit on doorstep -both coastal and forest. A real gem.

We highly recommend Warrington house for a large party (9 of us from 4 generations). Conveniently situated right in the middle of Thornton le Dale. The accommodation felt luxurious and clean having recently been renovated. The bedrooms were all en suite which was a big advantage. The kitchen was well equipped and other thoughtful inclusions such as a smart speaker in the kitchen and modern, large flat screen TV in one of the 2 lounge areas. The small outside area was dog proof which was ideal for our cocker. We loved it and will return- thank you

Well equipped property with some lovely rooms downstairs. Spacious bedrooms all with en suite facilities and televisions. The downside during our stay in February was how cold it was throughout the property. You can turn up the heating from the preset 18°C to 20°C but the thermostat is upstairs so downstairs stays cold. Some of the bathrooms have no heat source so they were uncomfortably cold during our stay.
