Separate toilet. .  Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Travel cot and highchair.  Welcome pack.  .  Small sitting-out area with garden furniture.  1 small dog welcome.  On road parking.  No smoking. .  The Bee Happy House can be found on a quiet side street just a few hundred yards from the beach in the quaint seaside town of Filey (recently voted Yorkshire’s best seaside resort) on the beautiful East Coast of Yorkshire.  This pristine semi-detached house can accommodate up to seven guests, offering families a well-presented holiday home with the luxury of off-street parking and with amenities and the beach close at hand.  The kitchen offers a host of modern appliances including an electric hob and double oven, slow cooker and microwave.  There is plenty of work top space for the preparation of a delicious picnic to enjoy on the beach, or for cooking up a traditional Yorkshire breakfast before heading out for the day.  This holiday home does not have a dining room, however, there is a breakfast bar, plus a separate table which offers plenty of seating for seven.  A utility room sits to the rear of the property and offers a really handy downstairs toilet and hand-basin, plus space for coat and boot storage as well as being a great area for dogs to sleep in.  There is also the added bonus of a washing machine and dishwasher.  Spend your even. . .
