Guests say

Guests appreciate the property's prime location, spaciousness, and comfortable beds. The enclosed garden is a hit with families and pet owners. Some guests received a warm welcome with a hamper, enhancing their experience. While there are mentions of maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns, the quick response to problems and the property's overall amenities contribute to a positive stay.

Reviews indicate a generally clean environment, but several guests noted dust and specific instances of uncleanliness, such as stained furniture and odours. These issues seem to be isolated rather than systemic.

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, local attractions, and convenient transportation options. The presence of a nearby pub and parks adds to the appeal.

Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of comfy beds and spacious rooms. However, some guests found the furniture and mattresses to be less comfortable, affecting the overall comfort score.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and extra fridge. Maintenance issues such as slow-draining sinks and showers, and a lack of certain kitchen items, have been pointed out, suggesting room for improvement.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident in the welcome packs and quick responses to issues. However, it is noted that such gestures are not guaranteed and may vary.

We had never been away for Christmas as a family and it meet all expectations The kitchen was perfect for cooking Christmas diner Lots of equipment The weather was perfect and it was lovely to see the Christmas swim My grandson and Roxy the dog loved the beaches

Only a few minutes walk to the beach and to Peasolm Park, Tesco literally only a 5 minutes walk. The beds were comfortable, the showers were excellent and the garden was perfect for the dog. A tumble dryer would be very useful but guests are aware there isn't one on booking. It was our second visit and would love to book again.

It had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location with Alphamere water park opposite, a nice pub over the road and within close distance to Peasholme park. Could not fault it. It was spotlessly clean and fresh and modern with it. I hope we will be back!
