Little Pines is a well-presented cottage in Scarborough, praised for its cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and secure garden ideal for dogs. The location is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to local attractions. Guests enjoy the comfortable setting, though some mention the inconvenience of a downstairs bathroom. The property is noted for its cleanliness and the owners' attentiveness.
Guests consistently describe the cottage as spotless and well-maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
The cottage is valued for its quiet village setting and good access to local attractions, though the lack of a nearby shop is noted.
The property is generally found to be comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. However, some guests find the downstairs bathroom and the size of the double bed less convenient.
Facilities are well-regarded, especially the kitchen and garden. However, comments about TV difficulties and the external washer suggest some room for improvement in maintenance.
While guests appreciate the attentiveness of the owners and the property's amenities, there are no specific mentions of gifts, so it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in this context.

The cottage is down a little lane and is really quiet. There are some great running routes from the cottage and lovely forests to walk , run or cycle in, especially at Dalby Forest. Just make sure you get your monies worth for the £10 peak season parking at Dalby Forest. A few miles from the cottage is Wykeham Forest which has really peaceful walking routes. We also visited Whitby and York which were both great. The cottage had everything we needed and was like a home from home. We would definitely come back. loved it. Chris and Emma

It is a well equipped property situated in the heart of Snainton. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Snainton. It is well located for other places of interest in the area and also not far from The Coachman Inn which serves great food every day. We would definitely recommend Little Pines and hope to return in the future.
