Fabulous apartment, well appointed, only small niggle was en-suite shower had nowhere for shower gel etc, no good if you’re in your 80s with limited mobility lol.Thanks to a previous review we came armed with an over shower caddy.Absolutely loved our time spent there.

The apartment was dirty on arrival. Dust was thick on the windowsill in the small bedroom and on most of the bedroom furniture in the larger bedroom. The bathroom was filthy also. There were partitions broken to both the bathrooms on the floor. Damp and cracks in the kitchen. Holes in the wall in the en-suite. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall in the main bathroom. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was filthy and smelt awful and the sheets hadn’t been changed with dried blood on one of them. The towels also smelt of damp. The location of the flat was great but the issues above really spoilt it. It did get cleaned and fixed but after numerous calls and having to wait in for people to attend. The complaint hasn’t been handled well and we’ve been offered an apology and nothing more. It could have been a great stay if it was clean and maintenance addressed so it was really disappointing to have all these issues and to not even be able to unpack our clothes in the wardrobe due to the smell and dirt. Really disappointed in how the complaint has been handled too as we did not get what we paid for.
