It has a good sized living room and a spacious kitchen/dining room on the first floor, one bedroom on the second floor half-landing, and two further bedrooms three steps further up, one which has an en-suite shower room.
Scarborough is one of the most popular seaside resorts in Britain with lots of attractions for everyone. The North and South Bay are very different yet each has its own charm and wonderful large sandy beaches. Families love the traditional feel of Scarborough with plenty for the children to do from donkey rides, building sandcastles, amusements, mini golf and the Sea Life Centre. Don’t forget Peasholm Park where you can hire pedalos and rowing boats to go around the lakes. They also do a miniature re-enactment of a sea battle which has entertained families for many years.
For the adults there are some excellent restaurants within walking distance of the properties, and there’s the Stephen Joseph Theatre, home to most of Sir Alan Aykbourn’s world premiere plays. The largest open air theatre in Europe is here in Scarborough with fantastic international acts throughout the summer. Scarborough Spa provides excellent entertainment throughout the year and the Spa Orchestra perform on the scenic sun terrace in the summer. Scarborough forms part of the Cleveland Way so for those walkers amongst you there are some fantastic walks right on your doorstep. The smaller resorts of Filey and Flamborough Head are just down the coast as well as the rspb bird sanctuary at Bempton where you will find puffins in their natural habitat. Heading north there’s Whitby with its busy working harbour and cobbled streets full of charm and character, it’s definitely worth a visit. Yorkshire is famous for its stately homes and Castle Howard, Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall are all within a short distance. Beach 400 yards. Shop and pub 600 yards, restaurant 300 yards.
This is a first floor duplex apartment. you enter the main door of the block and go up 16 steps and then a further 4 steps to the ground floor of the duplex. To the first floor of the duplex it's a further 14 steps to a half landing where bedroom 3 is situated, then 3 more steps to the first floor of the duplex, where the master bedroom with ensuite is located, twin bedroom and bathroom. Infants are allowed at this property, but guest must bring their own equipment. Up to 2 small dogs.

Lovely apartment less than 5 minutes walk from the sea front.Any issues dealt with promptly. Most of the Scarborough restaurants are probably 30 minutes walk away with the exception of Tuscany Two which is excellent but very popular so you definitely need to book in advance

Great apartment for a stay in Scarborough. Although upstairs and lots of stairs inside, this was the ideal holiday let for us. The welcome pack was a great touch. We had a 2 Yr old with us who just loved the space in the lounge to run around and play. The facilities were great, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfy and the showers. The lounge was great for relaxing. The only point we'd make is that we had no idea where to put the bin and recycling when we were leaving. There were no instructions in the folder about the apartment.

Beautiful property in close walking distance to the beach, shops and the front. Loads of room for the 6 of us and the dog. Fantastic place
