Unfortunately we had an issue with the heating while we were there (and it was a cold weekend) so although cosy downstairs some of us were cold upstairs as the radiators did not come on. However the owners did lend us electric heaters.A small point, oven gloves would be helpful, otherwise equipment good, and we appreciated the welcome pack very much. The situation beside a very pretty park was lovely, a very attractive short walk down to the seafront.

We stayed as a family of 10 adults. The house was very spacious for us all to be together but not on top of each other. The house has all the right facilities and equipment needed. Location was perfect, something for everyone. One note, not to sound petty but there are no coat hooks.

This is confidently the best holiday home I have stayed in. We spent the weekend 10 adults and 1 very large dog in the house and found it to be the perfect space. The location is a stones throw away from Peasholm park and the north side and the house includes everything you could possibly need. The extra touches though are what makes this place amazing. Fully stocked games cupboard, a welcome package for when we arrived (with even a separate doggy hamper) we would 100% stay here again and are planning to book for the same time next year. It’s few and far between to find places as good as this!
