Excellent property (Linden suite) everything we needed. Clean and spacious. Directy opposite the restraunt which was ideal location for us. Site was clean and very well maintained. Felt really secure with the large automatic gates to get in and out. With been based right next to the A64 was easy access to all local tourist spots. Staff where vert friendly and food was all home cooked including children's meals and all reasonably priced. Definitely look to come back in the warmer months.Only criticism would give would be TV in front room as end of November weather was bad so spent a lot of time indoors and having 2 x 3 year old twins they are asleep early TV was old and need updating couldn't get Netflix app is there but every time tried to log on TV screen would go black. Brought my own fire stick and TV wouldn't accept that either same would happen. But basics channels worked and kids where happy they could watch YouTube but that was the only slight negative for a cold rainy November night

Positives The accommodation is actually lovely and cosy. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children (6yrs & 9yrs) and we were all comfortable. If we’d stayed with anymore than 4 adults (no children), I think it would’ve felt too cramped personally but it was fine for us. The location was also fantastic, really family friendly, the reception staff were so helpful and the facilities of the park were great. We enjoyed to pool (we were in there for hours!), along with the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The people on the actual park are so lovely as well. We came when there was the bonfire and fireworks which was INCREDIBLE. We had lovely chats with a couple that lived on site and the community feel during the fireworks is something you can’t quite explain. If you can book around that time, do it because it was really warming. NegativesThe cleanliness was a huge issue. The floors had clearly not been hoovered as there were empty packets of sweets, hairs, beads and even a tissue with drops of blood on like when someone has a nosebleed. The floor boards were incredibly dusty so the whole place basically needed a clean when we arrived which we did. The kitchen was fine. The bathroom had a kind of sewer smell and my goodness the heat in that room is not for the faint hearted!! Please figure out a way to switch off the bathroom radiator or replace it with a smaller one because it’s thick heat. There’s also a sewer smell that is quite strong in the bathroom and occasionally the kitchen - unsure if it’s the drains but it needs looking at. Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend once the negatives are sorted as it can affect your stay.
