West Acre is a high specification luxury holiday home close to York, it can accommodate up to 16 people, fully refurbished in 2021 it has been designed for luxury, entertainment and relaxation providing you and your party with the perfect celebration venue.
West Acre has over 5,000 sq ft of internal accommodation, a stunning panoramic first floor sun terrace looking out over open fields and is set in an acre of beautiful private landscaped gardens with private parking for up to 8 cars.
The property has a huge number of facilities including 7 sumptuous boutique style bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. A modern superbly equipped kitchen diner flows into a large separate dining hall/games room with a dining table that sits 12 (but can be extended to 16) and after dinner can be flipped over to make a full sized pool table. A spacious main living room with wood burning stove as well as a separate den with games consoles. A large fully equipped 11M long cinema room as well as a 6 person hot tub on the first floor terrace and a large indoor sauna.
For your additional comfort and entertainment inside we have an integrated Sonos sound system fitted across the whole ground floor, numerous indoor board games as well as plenty of outdoor entertainment. All guests are provided with towels, robes and slippers.
Outside we have a selection of relaxing garden furniture and sun beds on the sun terrace. We also have a garden patio, built around a thatched African hut which seats up 12 with further outdoor dining facilities for 16 people and a large charcoal BBQ. Further entertainment is provided by the separate children’s play area and playhouse, a separate fire pit area, table tennis table, full sized croquet set, a basketball hoop and a giant Jenga set.
