We rarely complain or make negative comments. It is clean but furniture needs moving and equipment cleaning under and behind. The front garden was a mess on arrival but de-weeded during the week although it was a good job the neighbour told us they had sprayed weed killer as we had a dog. The back garden was small which is as it is but a good clean up would improve it. Cobwebs on the pipe work and dirt on the floor. We arrived early and dropped by at 1.15 to see if we could leave some food in the fridge and freezer but the cleaner hadnât arrived so we left. We returned at 2.45 to find they had been and gone. Hardly concussive to a time slot of 5 hours to clean the place. To a high standard. Perhaps Sykes should check their staff. Finally the parking situation is a joke. The landlord hasnât taken time to investigate and inform visitors how it works meaning some have had fines. I left a simple map to let others know how it works. We encountered a fabulous week which meant it was busy. The permissible parking area is for around 50 cars which also takes day visitors so after returning Sunday at around 1pm it took me 4 hours to get an overnight parking space bearing in mind the parking outside the property is only for 30 minutes

Some of the kitchen equipment old and unpleasant. All the electrical equipment has out of date PAT test stickers. Some of the crockery and table mats needed cleaning before use. Sykes completely useless at helping us, shifting blame on to owners. I would not recommend this property or Sykes - we ended up coming home early.

Great facilities, spacious & a great location. It was perfect, the only slight negative was that the kitchen surfaces & floors weren't super clean, i had to give them a wipe & vacuum, but aside from that we had the best time.
