Comfortable and well equipped flat. Loads of shops and restaurants very close by. Really liked Coffika (about 50 metres away). Lovely food and staff. That it is right next to the Botanic Gardens is a real bonus too.

Well appointed. Good shower. Appreciated welcome food (thanks Julie & Damian). Great proximity to Botananical Gdns and Eccy Rd scene. -VE: Hot. Noisy. The second level defies cooling despite opening all velux windows. The provided portable fans are noisy and ineffective. Having the windows open means road and street noise late into the night and starts again early in the morning. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Sink in bathroom is too small. Parking is a pain, meter controlled from 0800-2030. Sum: Lovely flat, bad location.

Every thing you need in the flat and all the shops you need across the street. Parking was not easy as nearby parking is for locals, but if you donât mind a little walk parking off road is available. We parked up Broomgrove Road with no issues. Would definitely use again if visiting Sheffield.
