Karen and David were welcoming hosts and kind people. Their knowledge of the local area and further afield enabled us to make great choices for us as a family. We saw seals, visited Dracula’s castle (ruins) and went further afield to the Highland wildlife park to see polar bears and enjoyed a recommended boat trip at Loch Ness, as well as leaving time to explore local walks and Bennachie. - As a family of five the cottage was well stocked with all we needed for home cooking and comfort. The local treats on arrival were also much appreciated by all. Thank you for a lovely stay and for the thoughtful extras and recommendations, we would recommend to others and return in the future. The cottage was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Gardens lovely, beds and living spaces comfortable and a home from home. Thank you :) - Tracey, Ben & Girls x

We had a wonderful stay at Longcroft Cottage. It is very comfortable and well-equipped and is in a beautiful location which is perfect for exploring Aberdeenshire, Moray and the Cairngorms. We were given a very warm welcome by Karen and the treats and local information was much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other people and we would definitely return and stay here again.
