This is an ideal base to explore this beautiful region. The property is just outside the pretty ancient village of Fettercairn with its Royal Arch which was Queen Victoria s preferred route to Balmoral. There are lots of fantastic places to walk from your doorstep to explore the estate including the private chapel and resident deer. It is also a great location to explore the Cairngorms and Glens and beautiful coastal beaches. If you fancy a tipple, head to the Fettercairn Distillery to learn more about the Scotch Whiskey which will warm you up even on the coldest days. Entering the property you will walk into the large hallway, with wall to ceiling glass entrance with seating area and views across the Deer park.
There is a separate WC just off the entrance and down two steps you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well equipped kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine and dishwasher. There is a utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden area has a fabulous patio and lawn for all the family to enjoy.
