There are many golf courses, from Montrose to Trump Golf Course, and the spectacular sandy beaches of St Cyrus which stretch for 3 miles are within easy reach.. Positives were the cleanliness it was very clean but1) no mat outside the front door the conditions were icy and we nearly fell quite a few times entering and leaving 2) no information about the park or anywhere nearby, a few takeaway menus and that’s it 3) lack of washing up supplies, we had washing up liquid but no sponge, no cloths and no teatowels. 4) tired looking quilt covers and towels, they looked like my spare spare sets 5) the last review I think it was 3 month ago mentioned a broken toilet flush, it’s still broken the chair leg held together with sellotape is still held together.I just felt disappointed it felt like we’d gone to an unused static that was unloved and uncared for and this was an upgrade as the lodge we should have had had a broken cooker door

A couple of things could be better, the flush in the toilet had the button missing, one of the chairs in the living room had a broken leg that was sellotaped together, the hot tub had a jet surround that had come off. Small issues, so I'd still go back. Amazing value for money.

Caravan was lovely as was the site. Big pond with paddle boarding equipment. Kids play park. Caravan had all amenities and was presented well. Plenty spare bedding and towels. Hot tub was great and all set ready to go for our arrival. Site manager was very friendly and helpful, even arranged a lift for us to get to Montrose for some drinks!
