In a wooded area near to Redroofs by the Woods holiday cottage, and located next to farm fields, close to Balgavies Loch and Nature Reserve, and beside Montreathmont Forest. There is a sense of country calm and nature connection, but within 15 minutes of Forfar, Brechin and Montrose, with several small villages even closer. A perfect mix of country and town.

The cabins are a short walk down a lit gravel path from the parking area. In each cabin you will find a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, an en-suite shower room, a cozy table with bar stools for meals, and comfy armchairs sitting next to a small coffee table. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views on your veranda with picnic table and chiminea. Each cabin is fully insulated and heated, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Bumblebee Cabin was absolutely perfect for us. My husband is over 6'2' and I wondered if the space would be cramped but it was amazingly spacious and the double bed was comfortable and a really good size. The view over the fields was lovely. For avid bird spotters like us, we were so happy. Everything we needed was supplied, even snuggly blankets and robes. The swimming pool was fabulous, a real treat before or after a day out. The night sky was so clear and dark that the view of the stars was incredible. Absolutely no complaints.
