We enjoyed seeing all the birds in and around the garden. The drawback for us was that we were unable to sit in the garden as the noise and dust from the grain drier was too overwhelming. We appreciated that it was a working farm and that harvest was vital to them, but 12 hours a day did affect our enjoyment.

Very friendly and helpful. My husband had a very enjoyable tour with the farmer. The cottage was lovely and warm and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was perhaps a clothes airer for the porch, which was really warm. Good for drying clothes when it is wet!
