The property itself rests on the edge of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, which is home to Beinn Mhor, the highest mountain on the Cowal peninsula, making it a haven for walkers and cyclists, with hillside walks displaying unforgettable views over Loch Long and Holy Loch, renowned for its history of shipbuilding and as a US Navy submarine base. Head further afield to the traditional resort town of Dunoon, with its many bars, coffee shops and restaurants offering local seafood, as well as a high street of mostly independent shops offering a refreshingly unique shopping experience.
